Mingo River Pecans
Mingo River Pecans, the wholesale division of Young Plantations, scored big when Lux secured quite a deal for the company in the trade publication Fancy Food. Mingo River received a full page ad plus a second full page ad for free and three free month's worth of web advertising. With the help of Lux, Mingo River also refreshed their website with brighter colors and new photography.

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC)
MUSC is home to expert stroke care. Through a unique program known as REACH MUSC, rural hospitals can partner with MUSC to provide expert stroke care in their communities. This billboard was created as a "co-op" marketing tool that rural hospitals can use to promote their affiliation with MUSC.

The South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) found inconsistencies in its communications materials. SCHA turned to Lux to create a clear identity for the organization and a manual. Lux developed a clear branding strategy and a 40-page graphics standards manual that established a corporate identity; style formats including PMS colors and fonts; and stationary, print collateral, PowerPoint, and e-mail templates.

A Carolina tradition, Young Plantations offers a range of pecan treats and gourmet gifts. The company secured the services of Lux to creates its annual holiday catalog as well as other communications tools.

Nearly 700,000 South Carolinians have no health insurance and pay little or nothing for their hospital care. In order to convey the growing concern around the state of the uninsured issue to the General Assembly and the general public, Lux interviewed 18 hospital CEOs and business leaders and ghost wrote opinion pieces that appeared in newspapers all over the state.

South Carolina’s trauma system was in a crisis and at risk of a system-wide failure. Lux worked with the South Carolina Hospital Association, hospitals across the state, and trauma advocates in a grassroots awareness campaign, Save the System, to help secure the passage of legislation and secure funding for the trauma system. The campaign included branding, messaging, brochures, broadcast and web media, as well as in speaking engagements and special events. The legislation was unanimously approved in year one and received state funding in years two and three.

South Carolina Council on Economic Education
The South Carolina Council on Economic Education is a non-profit business-education partnership dedicated to providing teachers with continuing education in economics and personal finance as well as tools for teaching students in K-5 through 12. SCCEE was referred to Lux for the production of a newsletter to communicate its messages and services to South Carolina teachers, educational leaders, legislators, and potential funders. Lux provides the Council with a turnkey project that involves research, interviews, writing, design, and print management.

Lux has been the agency of record for Newberry County Memorial Hospital
(NCMH) since 2007. Lux created the tagline Innovation at Work to showcase the hospital's advanced services and technology. To promote the hospitals high caliber Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Center, Lux created an animated television commercial.

SOPAKCO
When food processing and packaging company SOPAKCO decided to rebrand their Sure-Pak 12 Meals, they turned to Lux for help. Lux developed dynamic graphics and consistent messaging for the product through a vibrant new package, a commercial promoting the product for hurricane preparedness, and a reworked the Sure-Pak 12 website.
